At Travel To Destination, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Since all our products are custom-printed on demand by Printify specifically for you, please read our return policy carefully.

Our Print-on-Demand Policy

All products (t-shirts, hoodies, accessories) are made to order. This means each item is printed specifically when you place your order. As a result, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • The wrong size was ordered by the customer.
  • Change of mind after purchase.
  • Colour differences due to screen display settings.

When You ARE Eligible for a Refund or Replacement

We will offer a free replacement or full refund in the following cases:

  • The product arrives damaged or defective
  • The print quality is significantly different from what was shown
  • You received the wrong item or wrong size due to our error
  • The product was lost during shipping and never delivered

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or replacement, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order:

  • Email us at: contact@traveltodestination.com
  • Include your order number and full name
  • Attach clear photos of the defective or damaged product
  • We will review your request within 3-5 business days

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be returned to your original payment method (bank account). Refund processing may take 5-10 business days, depending on your bank.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, your order has already been sent to production and cannot be cancelled.
